About the project
Abu Dhabi MIRA Hills is a large-scale master-planned mixed-use community in Al Mamoura along the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway, developed by Mira Developments in partnership with AD Ports Group. The integrated destination brings together residences, business, hospitality, education, healthcare and culture, with apartments, townhouses, luxury villas and development plots planned across the community. The masterplan by BIG spans approximately 4.6 million sqm with about 2.76 million sqm of gross floor area and prioritises a pedestrian-first, car-free upper level. Planned amenities include interconnected lagoons, an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, a landmark mall with an indoor ski resort, three five-star hotels and branded residences, a 200-bed hospital, universities and schools, parks and green spaces, the Museum of the UAE and The Cube real estate business centre. The site is positioned between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, approximately 25 minutes from Abu Dhabi and 20 minutes from Dubai. Residential launch pricing, home sizes and handover dates have not yet been officially published.
