FullStory provides an online platform for exploring real estate projects in Dubai, including:

  • Interactive map-based property exploration
  • Project information and market data
  • Developer profiles and track records
  • AI-powered conversational assistant for property search and recommendations
  • Market data and transaction analytics
  • Lead management tools for real estate professionals

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Collect user data without consent
  • Submit false or misleading information

While we strive to provide accurate property information, FullStory does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform. Property details, prices, availability, and other information are subject to change without notice. Users should verify all information independently before making any decisions.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

FullStory incorporates AI-powered features, including a conversational assistant, to help you discover and evaluate properties. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated recommendations and information are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional real estate advice
  • AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
  • You should independently verify all AI-generated recommendations, property details, and market data before making any decisions
  • FullStory is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

8. Third-Party Services and Google Integrations

Our platform relies on third-party services to deliver its functionality, including AI providers, mapping and geolocation services, communication services, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

FullStory integrates with Google services (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Maps Platform) to power features such as inbox management, scheduling, and map-based property exploration. Gmail and Calendar access is enabled only when you explicitly connect your Google account via OAuth authorisation. When you connect a Google account, your use of those Google features is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time via Settings → Connected Accounts inside FullStory, or by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, Section 4 (Google User Data), and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullStory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are entered into with FULLSTORY PROPTECH - FZCO, a free-zone company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
