Methodology

How FullStory turns market records into usable evidence.

Every published finding should make its source, time period, calculation, and limits understandable without requiring access to FullStory's internal systems.

Source layers

FullStory uses official Dubai Land Department transaction records, project and developer information, listing and availability sources, and proprietary normalization and analysis. Individual research pages should identify the sources actually used for that result.

Coverage

A result is only as current as its underlying coverage. Research pages should show the observation window, the data cut-off date, the number of records included where meaningful, and any exclusions that could change the interpretation.

Calculations

Calculated indicators should define their unit, grouping, treatment of duplicates and missing values, and whether figures are nominal or adjusted. Comparisons should use like-for-like periods and populations wherever the available data permits.

Interpretation

FullStory distinguishes recorded facts from modeled or editorial interpretation. Market analysis is informational and is not legal, financial, valuation, or investment advice.

Corrections

Material data corrections, coverage changes, or revised calculations should be reflected in the update date and explained on the affected research page when they change the conclusion.
